Facts about traumatic events Post traumatic stress disorder Manage traumatic stress Let's talk about suicide The warning signs Making the approach Safety plan Take care of yourself This course can be completed over 4 days, broken up into 1.5 hour sessions (depending on coffee/tea/bathroom breaks and interruptions). If you need a little bit longer to complete the course, you have 4 weeks so you do not feel the need to panic or rush the experience. Designed with simple language and a certificate of completion that you can reference in your resume or provide to your employer/clients.
